This child-friendly sized book provides developing writers with essential preparation and unlimited practice for learning to write cursive by encouraging the mastery of varied writing skills.

The Let’s Learn to Write series is a fun and carefully crafted handwriting course, which practises handwriting skills required for correct letter formation.

Teacher’s Notes

Let’s Learn to Write – Cursive is designed to support children learning to write cursive with fluidity and smoothness of rhythm. As children complete the activities inside, they become aware of appropriate cursive letter formation and correct joining techniques and develop skills in using left to right strokes. Additionally, the children are exposed to using cursive writing as a medium of communication. Letters are generally introduced based on similarity of formation and movement patterns. This gives children some amount of control of different strokes used in cursive writing.
