Adventures series

T

he

Adventures Series

is Carlong’s newest set of core

primary language arts and mathematics titles that

are appropriate for curricula across the Caribbean. The

aim of the books in this series is to help our students,

locally and regionally, achieve mastery in literacy and

numeracy.

The language arts titles replace our well-known

Caribbean Language Arts Series. The language arts

books in the Adventures Series will be accompanied by

an audio CD and workbook to reinforce lessons taught

and enhance the development of the students.

The materials are presented in a Caribbean context

so that students will easily identify with what they are

hearing, seeing and reading. They will also be exposed to

various Caribbean cultures and see themselves reflected

in the books.

Additional resources will be available on the Carlong

website –

www.carlongpublishers.com .
